Team are making final preparations before going to the hospital. 
Potentially difficult recipient today because of his size. 
10years old but only 20kg due to his kidney disease which has retarded his growth. He also has bad bone disease due to his kidney failure. If all goes well his mothers kidney will transform his life.</description>

		<description>As NIck indicated last night, up early this morning, after fish and chips (more like fiah and crips) in the hotel restaurant last night.  My guess is everyone is up and getting ready for us to leave at 7am. Have some photos already which I will load up later and try and publish.</description>
